Terms & Conditions:  To claim your $20.00 GGP Mall Gift Card (the “Reward”) bring this e-mail and your Oakbrook Center restaurant receipts from a participating restaurant (see list below) totaling $50.00 or more to Oakbrook Center Mall Management Office located on the Concourse Level in the Professional Building during Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Only diners who dined-in at a participating restaurant between June 1 – July 17, 2009 on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday after 5pm are eligible to qualify for a Reward. $50.00 or more must have been paid directly to the participating restaurant so gratuity and/or coupons cannot be applied to reach the $50.00 minimum. Employees of General Growth Properties, Inc., and their parent and subsidiary companies, including family members living in the same household of said employees, are not eligible to participate.  Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including service fees. Must be 18 years of age or older and show valid U.S. government issued I.D. to participate.  Rewards are limited to the first 800 diners who qualify. Limit one Reward per person.
