ENTER TO WIN: Enter online by visiting http://ggpmall.com/crm/2008/WaterTowerPlace/08_0918-WTP/AGP.htm (the "Website") and completing the online entry form with your name, birth-date, and valid e-mail address. Entries must be received between September 25, 2008, 12:00am CST and November 1, 2008, 12:00am CST. Limit one (1) entry per email account with a maximum of 2 entries per person. Additional entries from the same email account or in excess of 2 from the same person will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with the exception of residents of Rhode Island who are excluded from entry and participation. GGMI, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner(s) will be selected on or about November 10, 2008. Winner will be selected in a random electronic drawing, odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive:

- One $500.00 GGP Gift Card for retail and restaurant purchases at Water Tower Place. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.00;

- A two-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and pre-selected American Girl Place package (ARV:$1,000) including:

A personalized welcome note for guest’s doll, an American Girl gift, a Ritz-Carlton Chicago nylon kid’s backpack, and complimentary surprise from The Ritz Red Toy Wagon upon arrival.
A welcome picture taken of guest and doll in The Ritz-Carlton Chicago lobby, transformed into a postcard to take home or send to family and friends.
Use of an American Girl bed to tuck guest’s doll into at night and matching goodnight cookies and milk before going to sleep.
Take-home gift of an American Girl sleeping bag set for dolls and use of American Girl books and DVD’s during guest’s stay.
Complimentary delivery of guest’s American Girl purchases to the hotel by hotel page.

Transportation, gratuity, and entertainment costs are not provided by the Sponsor and are the responsibility of the winner. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer, including service fees.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: ARV $1,500.00.

CLAIMING PRIZE: The winner will be notified by email only and will be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. This unverified winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date of receipt of such documents or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will provide all applicable information for the winner to correspond with Water Tower Place’s management office concerning prize redemption details. Winner must make arrangements with Water Tower Place’s management office by January 10, 2008 to reserve necessary dates, or the prizes will be automatically forfeited. Hotel stay must be used between November 10, 2008 and November 10, 2009 or this portion of the prize will be automatically forfeited. All other prizes can be mailed to the verified winner if they so choose.

ENTERING ONLINE: When you enter online, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about The Club. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the Privacy Policy of The Club.

By selecting the designated “opt-in” feature when registering for the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to allow either GGMI, GGMI’s sponsors, or their respective representatives and agents to access entrant’s name, zip code, email address and all other information located on the entry form and to allow GGMI, GGMI’s sponsors, or their respective representatives and agents to contact them for marketing purposes.

Except for those participants who elected to join The Club and the verified winner of the Sweepstakes, all other entrant’s personally identifiable information and email addresses will be destroyed by the Sponsor by or before January 1, 2009.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrants agree to: (1) be contacted by the Sponsor, or Administrator, via email, mail, or phone in order for the Sponsor to contact the winner; (2) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge whose decisions are final; and (3) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize. Additionally, entrants agree that GGMI their agencies and each of their respective parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, vendors and employees (collectively “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for damages, losses or injuries resulting from participation in this sweepstakes, promotion, or usage of the prizes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online winner, the winner will be determined to be the party who established the email account. No prize substitutions allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Illinois. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, who is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.
Winners and unverified winners agree that: (i) by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law); (ii) winner is responsible to comply with all laws and for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of the prize. If the prize is valued at $600.00 or higher a 1099 tax form will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV.
